GUARANTEE

We offer a 2-day guarantee on our Regular polish applications and a 7-day guarantee on our Gelie-Cure
applications. Should your manicure or pedicure chip within this time frame, we will fix them free of charge.

CHANGES

Any nail length/shape/color choices you make will be shown to you first on 1-2 nails before we move on to
the next. Unfortunately, once your service is complete, we are unable to change your original choice.

APPOINTMENTS AND WALK-INS

We do accept walk-in clients depending upon our availability. Appointments are made to provide convenience to
your busy schedule. However, frequent “NO SHOWS” may force us to no longer honor your appointment requests.

RUNNING LATE?

Please note we allow a 5 min grace period for all appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment,
please contact the front desk to reschedule, otherwise, your appointment will be subject to cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancel within 48-hrs. The credit card will be charged for the full amount.

NAIL ART DESIGNS

Like any other service, if you are interested in Nail Art you must add this service to your appointment. All Custom nail
design appointments are subject to approval. Your desired design will be reviewed and a quote will be provided when
you check-in. We do not offer refunds on custom nail art. Designs are not guaranteed to look identical to your request.

Gift Card and E-Gift Policy

Metropolitan Nails Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our printable Gift Certificates become active and may be redeemed 24 hours after purchase. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain a value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services, however, they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates. 

Please present your Metropolitan Nails Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Metropolitan Nails is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
